Client report feedback and smarter outage alerts
Portal clients can now rate and comment on monthly reports so agencies know exactly what resonates. Monitoring alerts wait for two consecutive failed checks before paging, eliminating false alarms from deploy restarts.
- NewPortal clients can rate each ready report one to five stars with an optional comment. Agencies see the rating and comment on their reports list and as a client_report_feedback event in the activity log.
- ImprovedMonitoring now requires two consecutive failed checks before opening an incident and sending alerts, preventing deploy-restart blips from paging the team.
- FixedMade the team billing-access database migration idempotent so it no longer fails when the column already exists from a manual schema reconciliation.
